A meditative state is entered, where pure expression is unhindered by the noise of an over stimulated mind.

After struggling with musician focal dystonia for many years, I found a healing path through realizing the only movements worth doing are the one which liberate.

Saxophone performances,  playing with echoes and drones are the types of sounds which resonate with my inner self and helps me find a state of deep calm.
